Mr. Ignazio Cassis, the head of Switzerland’s Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) is visiting the historic attractions of the beautiful city of Isfahan, including the cultural attractions like the glorious Naqsh-e Jahan Square, Ali Qapu Palace, Sheikhlotfollah Mosque and Jaame Imam Mosque. Also, he is going to visit the Vank Church and meet Bishop Sepian Kashchian. Being impressed by the beauty of Isfahan Mr. Cassis tweeted: “Visit to the city of Isfahan – a pearl in the Middle East. Knowing the culture and people of a country: a prerequisite for good diplomatic relations."
The Swiss top diplomat has traveled to Iran for an official talk with Iran’s president, foreign minister, and parliament speaker in Tehran.
